All items in description and pictures are subjected to be replaced whenever needed*** Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all areas described including the attached two-car garage. Street parking is ample. Other things to note Safety & Cameras We have four (4) exterior security cameras that run 24/7 and will be actively recording when motions are detected. These are the areas where exterior cameras present: (1) Doorbell camera at front door in the main entrance (1) Floodlight camera on top of garage door watching over the driveway and front street. (1) Side camera on the side walk to backyard by the fence (1) Backyard camera facing the walk way to back door We use the cameras for guest count and to ensure safety for both owners and guests. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave and might impose up to $1,000 fine. We don't have any interior cameras or exterior cameras facing areas where your privacy is needed. Early Check-in Late Check-out Requests: Please be advised that Early Check-in and or Late Check-out is subject for review and approval only. We highly suggest to reach out in the morning of your check-in or check-out date so we can verify if adjustments can be made on our end. Fee for Early Check-in and Late Check out is $50/hour. We have fruit trees in the garden so you might see ants and bugs around. We try our best to keep them away but they can still come back anytime. The wind is strong here. That is why there are many wind farms built in Fairfield and close by areas. At night it can get much colder and windy so remember to pack your jackets.
