King bed with desk in quiet area

King bed and desk in family home. You will be close to everything, only 5 minutes walk to buses and train, close enough to all pubs but far enough to not be disturbed in the night. This bed in a family home, so we do live here and the house can be lively. I offer a breakfast in the morning, coffee/ tea. There's also loads of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The bathroom is shared. There's WiFi in the house and if you need quiet, this is easily arranged as well, just let us know. Guest access While you stay with us, you should know that with the exception of the guest room, all areas of the house are shared spaces. ♡You're welcome to the kitchen to make tea or coffee or use the microwave at any time in respect of quiet hours. ♡If you need to store things in the fridge you may let me know so I can designate a space for you. ♡I'll be serving a light breakfast, (do tell me what you like or inform me of dietary restrictions) ♡I'm taking care of dishes so you do not need to worry about that. ♡As far as cooking in the kitchen, access may be allowed for longer stays and you may let me know your needs so we can coordinate times and I may show you what you may use etc. Just communicate with me, and we can work it out together. 😊 We may also cook together if our schedules match up. ♡We have a garden area with chairs you may use as well. (it's a bit wild but we like it that way🙃) ♡The washing machine is only available for longer stays. (3+ days) ♡We have a private parking you may use if needed. Any other specifics I didn't mention here, feel free to ask and we can work it all out together. During your stay We are hosting in our home so we're more than happy to socialise with you. If you prefer keeping to yourself it's alright too, don't be shy to let me know either way. You can message me at any time if you need help or directions, suggestions or if you have any concerns or specific needs and I'll be happy to accommodate you as best as I can. Other things to note ♡We've got Cats! 🐈‍⬛ They aren't allowed in the guest room at all so no matter what they tell you, don't listen, it's a trap! ♡ It's an old house and a work in progress so there are little kinks still, but I'll show you the ins and outs when you're here. ♡ The guest room only locks from the inside, but the house is secure and has an alarm system. ♡ If you have any allergies to soaps or smells let me know because I have unscented washing liquid for the sheets if needed, so just give me a heads-up.
