This is one elegant home – each area carefully designed for maximum ease of use. Spacious in all the right areas, this energy efficient home has DirecTV/Smart TV’s with Hi Speed internet. The kitchen, dining, master and grand room provide open views to the outdoor pool area. Pool is heatable with heat pump (electric charges apply). RV and double garages are insulated and open for your use. Also home gym equipment is available to use at your own risk. Electric charges may apply on monthly stays. Other things to note Early check-in available from noon for a fee of $75, we can only confirm it a day before your arrival date. Please send us a message ahead of time. Pool/Spa heat is $75/day If available, there is an additional charge for pool and hot tub heating. To ensure availability, please request heating at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Note that pool heating requires 3 days to take effect.
