Ideally located in the heart of the Gers department, Gascony and Armagnac, this peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing and restful stay for the whole family. You will enjoy its location, calm and positioning for discovering the Gers. The space The accommodation for four people offers: a living/dining room adjoining an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with toilet. Sheets and towels are not provided. The living/dining room is open and furnished with a sofa, TV, dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge/freezer, sink, induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. The whole space opens onto an outdoor terrace equipped with a table and chairs. And after a good day of sightseeing you can relax in the small swimming pool that we leave at your disposal. Guest access Access is independent of the residential house. Keys are accessible in a key box with a code sent a few days before your arrival. Other things to note This accommodation is ideally located for sightseeing (Village of Larressingle, Condom, Abbey of Flaran, Auch - its Cathedral and monuments, Bassoues, Séviac, Eauze, Lupiac village, birthplace of d'Artagnan and its museum...), for leisure and well-being (the Barbotan and Castera Verduzan thermal baths, the Gondrin leisure center, Lake Lupiac,) and for hiking. Close to many restaurants and many wineries you can taste the local gastronomy as well as the best wines of Côtes de Gascogne and Armagnac du Bas Armagnac. But you can also enjoy all the festive events taking place in the surroundings; in Vic Fezensac (10 km) with the Tempo Latino Festival and the Féria de Pentecôte, in Marciac (29 km) with the Jazz Festival, in Eauze (12 km) capital of Armagnac with its Feria, its Gallo-Roman Festival, its museum and its traditional Thursday market, in Nogaro (20 km) and the whole region with the Landes Race shows.
