A short distance from the center of Padua, my apartment welcomes guests from all over the world. I personally provide useful tourist information to make your stay as interesting as possible. The interior is 60 m2 on the ground floor with a large private garden, located in a residential complex surrounded by greenery. On the walls, temporary exhibitions of paintings by local artist Elisa Coccato, already appreciated for her participation in various international painting exhibitions The space The accommodation consists of: -LIVING ROOM with large sofa bed, armchair, luggage rack, equipped dining area (microwave, toast plate, espresso coffee machine, American coffee maker, moka pot, kettle, tea infuser, egg cooker), fully equipped kitchenette with oven and fridge, TV 4K 43'' flat screen, DVD player; -Double BEDROOM equipped with two pillows of different consistencies, sockets near the bed, wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, luggage rack, full HD 40'' flat screen TV, workstation, shoe rack; -BATHROOM with window and 180cm maxi shower, bathroom furniture, WC, bidet, folding stool, hairdryer, hair straightener; - CLOSET with washing machine, laundry tub, clothesline with pegs, iron, ironing board, cleaning products; -Lightened BATHROOM with 1 air conditioner sufficient to cool and dehumidify the entire apartment; - Private and fenced OUTDOOR with garden, porticoed dining area equipped with table, sun loungers, garden lounge; INFORMATION CORNER: tourist guides of Padua, Venice and Veneto; SECURITY: The door lock is equipped with an electronic keypad whose personalized code is changed at EVERY CHANGE OF GUEST and communicated only on the day of check-in and valid only until check-out; Guest access N.B. completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment. The accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS ARE FREE. Smoking prohibited inside the apartment but allowed in the garden on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
