House is completely furnished . Ideal location for those here for work-related reasons being close to public transportation, downtown, many medical centers and tech companies. Cannot accommodate those on vacation or remote workers. Those needing work space should obtain an office to work from. This room is strictly single occupancy. Furnished with queen size bed, private bath with shower & soaking tub, sitting area and walk-in closet. The space Centrally located , being 3 miles from downtown Seattle having many choices for public transportation, 2 light rail stations, many bus lines, shopping and dining all within a short walking distance . There is free off-street parking for Guests. Guest access Shared housing with the maximum of 3 guests at any time. Guests have complete access to entire house which is the main floor: living, dining rooms, full kitchen, deck and laundry room. The 2nd floor is where all the bedrooms are located: master bedroom with private bath and 2 bedrooms that share the main bathroom ; there is also a 4th room that stores shared bath towels and other household items are kept as well as a table and chairs which can be used desktop computers or additional dining area. The house is equipped with everything needed for daily living. Laundry room with full-size appliances and 24/7 access. There is no check-out cleaning required and no cleaning fee charge. During your stay The Hostess does not live in the rental portion of house but is available to Guests 24/7. Other things to note United States postal service is not available for short term guests at this address. If a guest needs to receive personal mail, a PO Box is recommended. Guests who ignore this rule will be charged $300. Guests may receive any delivery to the front door. No overnight visitors as room rates are based on single occupancy. If this rule is ignored the guest will be charged $200 per night. Shared housing is not a good fit for those who work from home, making it unsuitable to work remotely at this residence. If a Guest ignores this rule, the monthly fee is doubled.
