The space The space Your private mountain cabin The A-frame is designed to bring the outdoors in, with large windows, natural wood, mountain views and plenty of quiet. The sleeping loft The cozy upper loft has a double bed positioned beside the large triangular window. From bed, you can watch the mountains, clouds and changing light throughout the day. The living space Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, workspace and bathroom with a hot shower. Blue French doors open onto the private wooden deck, bringing fresh mountain air straight into the cabin. The hammock net One of the cabin's favourite features is the suspended hammock net overlooking the forest. It's a peaceful place to read, relax and watch the clouds move through the mountains. Your private surroundings The cabin sits on approximately 2 acres of private mountain land, giving you plenty of space to walk, photograph nature, watch birds or simply find a quiet place to sit. The cabin and guest areas are completely private, with no shared spaces or other guests. We live nearby and are available whenever you need us, while giving you complete privacy during your stay. Location The cabin is in the Narangala mountain area near Badulla, away from the busy tourist centre of Ella. This is a place for travellers who want mountains, silence, fresh air and nature rather than crowds and nightlife. Narangala Peak and the surrounding mountain trails are nearby. Please note: The final section of the road is an unpaved mountain track. We will guide you when you arrive. Guests: Maximum 2 guests. Location: This is a rural mountain property. The final section of the road is an unpaved mountain track, and we will guide you on arrival. Getting around: The cabin is outside the main tourist areas, so having your own vehicle or using a tuk-tuk is recommended. We can help arrange local transport when needed. Quiet hours: No parties or loud music after 10 PM. This is a peaceful mountain environment, so we ask guests to help us keep it that way. Dogs: Friendly family dogs live around the property and may occasionally be nearby.
