Both cleanings will be scheduled alternately based on schedule and availability. This service is optional and not mandatory for both parties. INVOICING If you need an invoice, please request it after your stay, providing the RFC (Tax ID), name, tax address and email of the beneficiary for sending. Please note that the invoice will be issued for the amount of products and services charged as a host, and billing for fees charged by Airbnb is the responsibility of that entity. Some services such as electricity, internet and gas are provided by other companies, and any problems will be reported immediately. USE OF WASHING MACHINE: Please note that the washing machine is available for bookings over 15 days. This includes a simple cleaning service every 3rd day and a general cleaning with a change of linens and towels weekly for stays longer than 15 nights. NOTE ABOUT AIR CONDITIONING Warning: Avoid lowering the air conditioner temperature below 20 degrees, as this can block the equipment and cause damage.
