Cozy Private Studio Apartment

The whole suite is private, including all listed amenities. Only the entryway is shared with the owners. The beds are 1 Full Bed & 1 Small Single Bed (from pull out couch). The space The basement studio apartment is spacious and is private with a coded door lock. All listed amenities are within the private space. The entryway is the only space shared with the owners. Other people live in the apartment building (2 apartment unit upstairs). One of our house/apartment rules is our quiet time which is between 11:00pm - 6:00am. Therefore, though there may be a few usual sounds here and there from the people who live in our home (walking sounds, etc.), our guests can expect that it will be generally quiet. Other things to note This private studio apartment is not suitable for people with scent allergies or sensitivity. We use fresheners, scented laundry detergent, and cleaning products that might not be suitable for people who are sensitive to scents. The house was built in the 1930s.
