Completely renovated and ready to give you the ultimate unique water experience The space The Blue Bayou Boathouse is a part of Fort Walton Beach history. Our unique home is built on a dock on top of the water and was once a haven for the early fisherman in the area and is still a fisherman or boaters dream. The newly renovated boathouse now includes one bedroom with a King bed and one bedroom with a Queen bed. There are two living areas with a pullout King bed featured in the upstairs living area. All beds are memory foam. One full bath upstairs with a floor to ceiling window to watch the sunset while you shower. One half bath downstairs. There is a fully stocked and newly renovated Kitchen with everything you can need. The outdoor space includes a large covered dock and fish cleaning station with cafe lighting, lounge furniture, and a gas grill to enjoy your coffee, have a beer or have a full-out barbeque. There is plenty of space to park whatever boat you may have, along with car and trailer parking out front,with close proximity to the boat ramp. By boat you have full access to the Gulf of Mexico, Crab Island and the Choctawhatchee Bay - the possibilities are endless. Guest access Guest can access house and private dock.
