The cottage is on the Cove at Brook's Lake, an all sports lake, with the dock accessible to pontoon boats. It's small - 675 square feet - perfect for a couple or small family. Note there are many steps to bring you down to the house at water's edge. The space Take the stairs down to this beautiful small cottage at the water's edge. This beautifully decorated, 675 sq foot cottage has an open main living space with a pull-out queen sofa bed, chairs, and Fire TV, including a small, fully stocked kitchen space with center island seating. Two small bedrooms - one with a queen bed and another with a twin bed - and a beautiful bathroom with a full-size shower and small washer and dryer complete the space. Expansive outdoor patio area with outdoor rockers, grill, fire pit, and tables for outdoor meals and enjoying the water. Dock suitable for swimming or docking your boat; 3 kayaks, 2 adult life jackets, and 2 youth life jackets provided for guest use. This cottage is on a no-wake cove on Brooks Lake, with shallow water suitable for swimming (4-5 feet deep off the end of the dock), as well as access to the full lake. Guest access Full space - cottage, outdoor areas, boathouse shed to access / store water supplied. Back part of the shed will be locked for owner's possessions. Other things to note While we welcome children, the cottage is not set up for small children, with breakables, standard window blinds with cords, and easy access to the water and tools in the shed. Please supervise children at all times to keep them safe, and guests are responsible for any damage to the property.
