STRPermit #2023031728 Metro Nashville The space This log cabin (1100 sq ft) built in 2003 is attached to our home from the late 1800's. We built this for my Mother In Law. The square logs provide quietness and peace. A beautiful spacious main living area features a vaulted ceiling with wooden beams. It has been said numerous times that this home seems to hug and welcome you. It is a happy place! Both bedrooms, living room and kitchen have a ceiling fan to help circulate the air. A table top fan is available in the master bedroom closet. Extra towels always available in the sink vanity. We want you to feel right at home. Just so you don't have to run to the store upon arrival: We do supply guests with a starter amount of Keurig coffee pods, tea bags, bottled water and hot cocoa. Also stocked with clothes washing detergent and dryer sheets. If you will be staying longer than 3 days - please bring some as well. The cabin is comfortably equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin bed in the second bedroom and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. A sound machine is available in the master bedroom. Always an ample supply of dishwashing liquid and Cascade dishwashing liquid is provided to aid in your cleanup after cooking. We take pride in providing our guest with a clean and comfortable home while traveling away from home. For traveling with young ones - we do have a new Graco Pack and Play as well as a high chair. Please let us know if you need as they are not stored in the cabin. For your entertainment, we have a nice supply of board games (Yahtzee, Sorry, Life, Jenga, Monopoly, Scrabble, and cards (UNO, Rook, Playing Cards). Guest access Self Check-in with keypad on the carport side. There is also a dedicated work desk with great Wifi. Other things to note The driveway for Mom's Log Cabin is spacious with easy turn around. Vaping or smoking is fine outside in driveway or yard. Please bring your own receptacle for it and respect the grounds around.
