Slice of Paradise

Enjoy a stay at this slice of paradise located on the outer area of Sacramento city. Conveniently located a great deal of food services, shopping destinations, and the Sunrise Mall, there is plenty of activities and services to check out in the surrounding area. Additionally there are many businesses/work locations for traveler careers (i.e. nurses, contractors). The space This is listing is 1 of 3 rooms that will be listed for rent. All located on the third floor. The second floor will be a common area for all renters/guests and features a kitchen/dining area, a living room area, and a small outdoor patio (as seen in photos). Guest access Guests are welcome to the common areas outside of their private rooms which mainly entails the 2nd floor common area. During your stay I will be available at almost anytime to be contacted via phone or through the site. Depending on the what time and which day, I or one of my family members will be in the 2nd floor private room (we stay at this room to rest or provide assistance inside the house). Outside of any assistance with the rental room/property, if you need any information about the surrounding area of Sacramento itself, please feel free to ask me or any family of mine that are present in the 2nd floor private room. Other things to note Note: there is a private room and bathroom on the 2nd floor that is intended solely for the landlord.
