Dolly the Vintage Caravan at Mena Farm, Cornwall

Our beautiful vintage caravan, Dolly, is cosily appointed with gas hob, electric toaster, kettle and fridge. Located on an award-winning, boutique campsite in central Cornwall, it has the benefit of shared shower and laundry/washup facilities, a games barn and wifi. There are walks and cycle trails leading directly from Mena, and we're within a few minutes of the Camel Trail, Cardinham Woods, Lanhydrock House, and the Eden Project. The space Dolly the vintage caravan is an old girl with quite a chequered history mixing with the rich and famous. These days, she likes to move around the site depending on her mood. During the Summer, she can usually be found in the rear meadows soaking up the views, but with easy access to all the amenities on offer. At night, you will sleep in on a comfortable foam mattress, with snug winter duvets and cotton sheets. There is no light or noise pollution here, so you're guaranteed a good night's sleep, and to be woken up by the birds. Dolly is fully equipped with all the crockery and cooking utensils you need, a gas stove, and an electric toaster, kettle and fridge. Guest access All of the public spaces are available to our guests - fields, pond, games barn, showers, reception seating area, and laundry / washing facilities. Other things to note Mena Farm is a multi-award winning, traditional family campsite for lovers of green space, big starry skies, peaceful surroundings, wildlife and nature… We have around 15 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside to explore, perfect for spotting wildlife and star-gazing at night. You can visit our chickens and our beautiful pet kune kune pigs - Luna, Pebble and Chester. There are no bright lights here - you'll definitely need to bring a torch with you. During the peak Summer months we have visiting pop-up food and drink stalls, and offer a twice-weekly delivery of fish and chips for those evenings when you just want to relax. We also have a small, licensed shop on site, free hot showers and free wifi.
