The space When you enter the main entry door, you will see a full kitchen with more than enough pots, pans and utensils to make a home cooked meal. There is a large fridge, Kitchen has an electric range/stove, a microwave and dishwasher to make clean up a breeze. Drink your coffee from our Kuerig coffee maker to the right in a cozy breakfast nook with a view of American Lake. Connected to the kitchen is the Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. In the living room is a Desk at the window with a partial view of the lake to catch up on those emails . When it's time settle down we have 2 large couches with Ottomans to relax and stream your favorite show on the 55 in smart fire TV with the fast cable internet provided. The couches can sleep 2 people. Off the living room is the hallway to the Full bathroom with Wand Shower head. At the end of the hallway are 2 bedrooms. The Master with a comfortable a king bed, 55 in smart fire TV with prime video and a full length mirror. The other bedroom has 2 Twins XL beds that can be put together to make a king sized bed upon request. There is an mini split A/C and heat pump to keep the house at a comfortable temperature all year long. Game room which is shared with the other 3 houses on the lot is located in a separate building near bungalow. Use the path on the right side of the Lake Front house that leads down with a bit of a steep hill to the shared lake are and dock. The lake front area is shared with the 4 houses on this property. Guest access Guests of this house have the entirety of the house. They have 2 parking spaces. They also may access the Shared Beach and Dock area. This is accessed via the path on the right side of the lake front house. Other things to note No Lifeguard on duty! Use of the Beach, and Dock are at your own risk. There are Exterior cameras directed to the main entrance and parking lot. As recommended by Airbnb, this house has Minut noise monitoring systems. Landscaping and Maintenance staff will occasionally be on the property. There are 3 other houses on this lot with Access to the beach and Dock. The Garbage is the Big Green dumpster at the entry of the lot. There are 2 parking spots reserved for this house with no street parking available.
