The space Boasting lake views from every room, this 1BR/1.5BA private residence has a spacious and versatile upstairs living space that is perfect for your next getaway! Comfortably sleeps four adults, or a family of four to six. Guests are welcome to use a 10’x30’ wet boat slip in our private boat house on the main channel. The boat house has power. Overnight trailer parking for 2-3 truck/trailer combos is available at the house. *Boat lift can be reserved for an extra fee. Rates vary depending on time of year and length of stay. PLEASE NOTE: There is a flight of 20 exterior stairs leading to the main living area. Unfortunately, this means it is not suitable for individuals with limited mobility. Due to safety concerns, it is also not recommended for children under the age of 5. **This is a SMOKE FREE home. We appreciate guests respecting our home by limiting smoking to the outdoor areas.
