Only 8 minutes to town makes this location ideal for groups to make the most of their visit! The space | MAIN LEVEL | -Enter from the south deck into the main level into a cozy reading nook facing the gas fireplace and then continue to the open concept kitchen, dining space, and living room. -Reading nook: chair and full size sofa with a coffee table -Kitchen: Stocked for group meals and plenty of space for multiple hands on deck. Stainless steel appliances, Italian professional style gas range and oven, Keurig single serve and pot style coffee maker, bakeware, cooking and grilling utensils, crockpot, blender, handmixer, knife set, plenty of dishware, and plastic cups for the dock. Two kayaks, three paddle boards, and goggles and snorkels, and assorted float toys are provided. Beach towels are provided for use outside. | WIFI I : Streaming via personal accounts is available on the tv’s utilizing the high speed wifi. Work friendly for those keeping tabs while they are away. It is also the most reliable source of network for communications as there is limited cell service from all main providers but WIFI calling is reliable. |DOG FRIENDLY| A dog bowl, bags, and a designated outside trash can are provided for your convenience. We have also provided designated doggy towels to dry furry friends before coming back inside. |PARKING| Space for 2-3 Cars on site and trailer parking by prior arrangement. Other things to note –N O T E S– -Access requires stairs and may be unsuitable to those with limited mobility. -Optimal sleeping arrangements account for 8 guests in beds but additional guests may sleep on the main level reading nook couch, living room couch, living room Love Sac, and/or top floor couch for a total of 12 guests maximum. -While we are happy to host your pup(s), please note that there is not a fence enclosing the property. -Ask us about a boat rental discount at Hayden Lake Marina!
