Two kayaks, three paddle boards, and goggles and snorkels, and assorted float toys are provided. Beach towels are provided for use outside. | WIFI I : Streaming via personal accounts is available on the tv’s utilizing the high speed wifi. Work friendly for those keeping tabs while they are away. It is also the most reliable source of network for communications as there is limited cell service from all main providers but WIFI calling is reliable. |DOG FRIENDLY| A dog bowl, bags, and a designated outside trash can are provided for your convenience. We have also provided designated doggy towels to dry furry friends before coming back inside. |PARKING| Space for 2-3 Cars on site and additional parking that is trailer friendly is available a short 2 minute walk away. –N O T E S– -Access requires stairs and may be unsuitable to those with limited mobility. -Optimal sleeping arrangements account for 12 guests in beds but additional guests may sleep on the main level reading nook couch, living room couch, living room Love Sac, and the bunk room couch for a total of 16 guests maximum. -While we are happy to host your pup(s), please note that there is not a fence enclosing the property. -Bunk beds may accommodate one (1) adult each, only on the lower of the two beds. The upper beds are only rated for children. -A new home is currently under construction next door. Quiet hours are maintained by all crews as well as a strict parking arrangement. This construction is not expected to impact any enjoyment but guests should expect to see and hear crews working next door. We will update guests on the status of this project prior to their stay.
