With two oversized picnic tables, it’s the perfect spot for "alfresco" dining with a view, regardless of the weather. The "Fun Zone" Game Room: The lower level is all about entertainment. Stock the bar with your favorites and challenge the group to ping pong or foosball, or relax in front of the massive Smart TV. Please note the community does not allow the purchase of additional bands. Vehicle Registration: A community-required vehicle registration form must be completed prior to arrival. Other things to note: Tech-Ready: Smart TVs in every bedroom and high-speed WiFi throughout. House Rules: No Prom or Grad groups. Must be 25+ to book. Security: A signed Occupancy Agreement and ID are required to finalize your stay. Guest access - Check-In Instructions will be emailed prior to your arrival. That email will include your Door Code. - You can go directly to the house. Other things to note - No Prom or Grad Groups, even with adult signature or chaperones! - Please Note: Hot Tub will be locked upon arrival, for Safety.
