Ideal location for sea lovers: on foot or by bike, 10 km of beach to travel between Ouistreham and Luc-sur-Mer. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Free parking at the foot of the residence. It has a living room / kitchen: - The living room includes a 3-seater sofa bed (140 x 200), a TV, an internet box (fiber). - The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction stove, range hood, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. All amenities are brand new. In the bedroom, you will find two 80 x 200 beds as well as a large wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a sink with storage, a shower and a toilet. The balconies are equipped with 2 deckchairs, a table and 4 chairs. Household products are at your disposal. Optionally, we can provide you with a crib, high chair and bathtub (€20). Access to the garage to store your bikes is possible (€10). Other things to note The apartment was completely renovated in 2023: kitchen, bathroom, windows and electric blinds. It is located on the first floor, without elevator. Provide linens and towels (or supplement of €20/person).
