Let yourself be lulled by the sea spray and enjoy the sea view from this bright and carefully decorated apartment, located on the 1st floor of a quiet beachfront residence. Opposite Sword Beach, discover the D-Day beaches, 10 km of beach between Ouistreham and Luc-sur-Mer, as well as shops and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking at the foot of the residence. Sheets and towels to be provided by guests or supplied (€20/person). The space The apartment is crossing North / South. It has a living room / kitchen: - The living room includes a 3 seater sofa bed (140 x 200), a TV, an internet box (fiber). - The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, induction hob, range hood, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. All amenities are brand new. In the bedroom you will find two 80x200 beds as well as a large clothing rack. The bathroom consists of a wash basin with storage, shower and toilet. The balconies are equipped with 2 sunbeds, a table and 2 chairs. Household products are at your disposal. Optional, we can provide you with an umbrella bed, high chair and bathtub (€20). Access to the garage to store your bikes is possible (€10). Other things to note The apartment was completely renovated in 2023: kitchen, bathroom, windows and electric blinds. It is located on the first floor, without elevator access. Provide sheets and towels (or supplement of €20/person).
