Our Completely remodeled Cozy Studio is located in the middle of Shaver Lake. Located in down town Shaver Lake, you can walk to pretty much everything. Grocery stores, The Hungry Hut, The Trading Post, The Hardware Store, Shaver Lake Pizza, Pub and Grub, The Deli and even the lake are all just steps away from the front porch. This unique one bed one bath is perfect for you and your loved one to enjoy the quiet beautiful mountains surrounding the area. This studio is approximately 500sq ft and is set up to stay cozy with a loved one. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all part of one open space. The kitchen is stocked with flatware, silverware, pots and pans, glasses and basic utensils for cooking. There is a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, filters, coffee, cups, etc. so you can feel right at home. There is a couch, coffee table, and a 46" Smart TV with Direct TV streaming available along with your favorite apps. There is a table for two to enjoy your coffee and meals. The bathroom is located in the bedroom where there is one queen size bed set up for relaxation. Need more space for family and/or friends search Rustic Shaver Escape on Airbnb. The two units are steps away from each other on the same property. You will have full access to the entire property. I also visit the property often. Pub n Grub, Shaver Pizza, The Deli, The Trading Post, The Hungry Hut, Kens Market, Bob's Market, Shaver Lake, The Hardware Store are all walking distance from the front door. You have access to one parking spot in the parking lot. We are next to the Hungry Hut, so I have Parking cones and plastic chain's that are easily moved for your parking convenience. This is a charming and very cute space. As mentioned, it is approximately 500 sq ft. so it is set up for two adults. You can add a child if needed for one additional guest fee if you would like a roll away twin bed for a total of 3 guest maximum. (Upon availability). Roll away must be noted in the reservation and check the extra guest fee.
