The master bedroom has a/c, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is also a ceiling fan in the lounge/kitchen area. There are mosquito screens on all the windows. There is hot and cold water in the bathroom. The apartment has fast WiFi and there is a 43" TV in the lounge..
