Smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests should be aware that the elevator is not available in the building. Self-check-in via a key box is available. Pets are allowed. Please note that the flat has free private parking in a gated communal area with remote-controlled automatic barrier, reservation is however not allowed because parking spots are subject to general availability (it is on a first come first served basis).
