Cayucos Guest House Pet Friendly

Come enjoy this roomy guest house with a private entrance. WE CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE 1 VEHICLE NO STREET PARKING. We are pet friendly. THERE IS A $20 PER PET PER NIGHT FEE with a limit of 2 dogs. 5 minute walk to the beach 2 miles south of the Cayucos pier and 4 miles north of Morro Rock. Enjoy great sunsets and access to a 4 mile stretch of dog friendly beach. You have access to WiFi, Netflix, Hulu & Youwireless printer. Two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a desk. The space Enjoy the entire lower level guest house with private entrance. Comfortable living room with sleeper sofa, Roku TV, Netflix, YouTube TV & Hulu. The living room has a full/queen sofa sleeper. Two bedrooms with queen size beds in each room. Second bedroom has a workspace with desk and printer. Kitchen with 2 refrigerators 1) small drink fridge 2) full fridge with freezer, microwave, stove and coffee maker. We have complementary water & snacks for your enjoyment. Dining area that seats 4. There is central heating with a thermostat.There is an electric fireplace/ heater and portable fans if needed. There are complimentary toiletries, water and coffee. I have 1 dog bed and food/water bowl. THERE IS NO YARD ONLY A CONCRETE PATIO. The entire beach in Cayucos is dog friendly. Guest access You will have a dedicated parking space directly in front of the guest house gate. WE CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE 1 VEHICLE THERE IS NO STREET PARKING. Private entrance with keyless entry if you prefer an actual key please let me know. Please be aware there are 8 steps down to the private entrance it is not ADA accessible or child friendly. WE DO NOT HAVE A YARD FOR PETS. There is a empty lot across the street for your pet to do their business. Other things to note We live upstairs and are respectful of your stay but footsteps may be heard. We welcome well behaved pets but please don’t leave them unattended.
