Central in the green

A house in the perfect location for a good balance between peace and activity. Thanks to the nice green garden and the spacious spaces in the house, you can relax with a lot of privacy. But you can also make a trip in no time. The center of Dongen is within walking distance. The Efteling is around the corner (15 minutes drive). Within 25 minutes, you can be in the city center of Breda as well as in the city center of Tilburg by car. There are also several nature reserves nearby. The space The house: The house is spacious. It has a spacious living room with open kitchen, utility room, 2 large bedrooms and more modest bedroom, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a spacious garden. Living room: Spacious, stylishly decorated living room. The living room has a lovely light coming through the French glass doors. Through these doors, you can look into the garden. The house has a cozy bay window where you can sit (or work) overlooking the garden. In the living room, there is a 6-person dining table adjacent to the open kitchen. There is also a fireplace that provides a lot of atmosphere. Firewood is included. Of course, there is also a sofa and a nice (reading) chair. Kitchen: The living kitchen is fully furnished and has every comfort. There is a spacious fridge, separate freezer, oven, electric hob, Quooker and wooden bar with 3 bar stools. You can use the DeLonghi coffee maker, and there are plenty of kitchen cabinets where you can store things. Bathroom: The bathroom is very spacious. It has a bath and a separate shower. Furthermore, 2 separate sinks and an extra toilet. The bathroom is adjacent to the largest bedroom. Bedrooms: The largest bedroom has a double bed. There is a spacious wardrobe, with clothes hangers. Furthermore, there is a coffee maker with coffee and a kettle with tea. You can open the windows, or sit on the balcony and wake up quietly with a cup of tea/coffee. In addition, there are 2 more rooms, both with a single bed. The more spacious bedroom has a sink, desk and a spacious wardrobe. This room also has air conditioning. The last bedroom is very tastefully decorated and features a desk and a door to the balcony. These 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are adjacent to a hall with toilet. Utility room: In the utility room, there is the washing machine and dryer, ironing board with iron and drying rack. Outdoor space: The garden is surrounded by a green fence. There is a dining table in the garden, and a nice lounge area has been created with a sofa and a chair. You can also use a mobile parasol and an electric barbecue from the Weber brand. For children, we have toys to play with outside. In the garden there is sun all day. Parking space: On the premises. And in the street, parking is free. There is an electric charging point available for the car. and for an additional fee, we also rent out our RIB boat and electric bicycles. We live near a canal and the Biesbosch is close by. In the neighborhood, there are very nice cycling routes that you can enjoy for days. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the Living room, 3 bedrooms, toilet, utility room and garden. Other things to note We worked very hard on our new house last year. There are still a number of things that we are going to finish, such as hanging a number of lamps, the fixtures of the sockets and skirting boards. It's already far away and we are very proud of it. So proud that we are happy to share it with you, but because the overall picture is not yet complete, we are now offering you a cheaper rate.
