For guests with small children. *Please ensure that children are accompanied by a parent or guardian when playing on the property. As shown in the listing photo, small children may fall down the stairs due to the hollow space between the steps. Please keep an eye on small children when they go up and down the stairs, through the glass walkway on the second floor and on the roof. 【When using the swimming pool】 The swimming pool is not available from 20:00-8:00. The tiles in the pool area (outside) become very slippery when wet. Please take your own safety precautions and be careful when falling as there is a swimming pool. 【Use of outdoor areas including BBQ facilities/rooftop】 Please refrain from using the outdoor areas between 8pm and 8am the following day. If you make noise outdoors until late, you will immediately receive complaints from neighbouring residents, so please be considerate of the volume. If you do not cooperate, you may be asked to leave the premises as a breach of the terms and conditions (no refunds will be made in such cases). Please be sure to read the other notes before booking. Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents that occur in our premises. Guest access ◉The whole building is reserved for private use. Areas that cannot be used are locked. ◉Outdoor facilities are not available between 20:00 and 8:00 the following morning. Other things to note *In accordance with the law, all users, including children, are required to register their customer information when using the service. When registering, please note that a photo ID and address are also required. (We will only inform you of the check-in procedure if we have confirmed that all guests have registered by the date of use. Please refrain from making reservations unless you agree to this). *Use of outdoor facilities, including the swimming pool, is only permitted until 20:00 hrs, and is prohibited between 20:00 and 08:00 hrs. *Please refrain from playing loud music or shouting at any time as the area is surrounded by normal private houses and residents. Parties are not permitted. If there are complaints from neighbours, we will warn them immediately, but if there is no improvement, we will ask them to leave the premises immediately. Please refrain from using the outdoor area between 8pm and 8am *Please note that the holiday home is normally used by the family, so we ask that only guests who are able to use the property cleanly and carefully are allowed to do so. *If it is confirmed that more people are staying than the number of guests booked, an additional fee of 2000 yen per person will be charged. Please note that only guests staying in the villa are allowed to enter. If the number of guests suddenly increases on the day, please inform us before your arrival and settle the accommodation fee. *BBQ facilities must be booked in advance. Charcoal, igniters and tongs will be provided. *Please bring your own food as we are unable to arrange foodstuffs. *Fireworks are not permitted. *Diving into the pool is not permitted. There is no heated water function, so in winter please use it as a water bath after the sauna. *The use of the sauna is by prior arrangement only and an additional fee of 20 000 yen will be charged via airbnb. *Please wear swimwear when using the sauna. Sauna mats, sauna hats and ponchos are available for hire. *Smoking is not permitted in the building. *There is no room cleaning or change of linen and towels during your stay. (Cleaning costs will be charged to the check-out cleaning fee). *No replenishment of consumables (toilet paper, tissues, etc.). *Please enquire about late check-outs and early arrivals (at extra cost). *Please pack up rubbish, wash dishes etc. and put them away before check-out. Please note that an additional cleaning fee will be charged if you leave the room extremely dirty or if there is vomiting or diarrhoea. *For guests with small children: *Please ensure that children are accompanied by a parent or guardian when playing on the premises. As shown in the listing photo, there are many hollow areas on the stairs. Please keep an eye on small children when they are going up and down the stairs, in the glass corridor on the second floor or on the roof. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises, so we ask that parents/guardians keep an eye on small children. *In the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions, we will inform you on the spot whether to report you to the police, evict you or both.
