Come and discover this charming cottage located in the heart of a preserved natural environment where calm and relaxation reign. The Domaine du Pré is located 15 minutes from the beaches, on the shores of Lake Jaunay equipped with various services (see description below). Around the estate, enjoy hiking trails, bike paths, a wellness center and an open-air café. Possible activities by the lake: fishing, canoes, paddles, pedal boats and catering... The space The 56 m² cottage (built in February 2023) on a private plot with parking welcomes you with all the comforts you'll need to enjoy your stay. Composed of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 2 terraces, one of which is covered. Bedroom 1: 160 bed with private bathroom and toilet Bedroom 2: 140 bed Bedroom 3: 2 beds of 80 with possibility of a 3rd bed with extra charge. All bedrooms have storage. No smoking allowed CLEANING: We ask that you return the cottage in the state of cleanliness proposed upon arrival or we offer to take care of the cleaning for an amount of €60 to be paid upon arrival. Please let us know if you have any questions about lengths of stay that are different from those offered on our calendar. Geographical location The Domaine du Pré offers you a vacation in the heart of a 12-hectare natural site: 15 minutes from the Vendée coast, you will appreciate the calm, the smells, the colors and the wide open spaces! Relax... 15 km from the beaches of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and Brétignolles sur Mer, on the edge of the magnificent Lake Jaunay (115 hectares), the Domaine du Pré invites you to relax in the heart of a protected natural area. On the estate, you can enjoy the many amenities that will enhance your stay: • A heated swimming lake with sandy beach ideal for children. This original concept is perfect for letting your children play by the water without worries, open from mid-June to mid-September, • A heated indoor pool with whirlpool baths open from the beginning of April to the end of October, • An outdoor fitness area, • 3 play areas for children (play structures as well as a sports field), • A large petanque court, • Direct access to Lake Jaunay, where there is a creperie, as well as water activities (paddle boarding, pedal boats, etc.). You can complete the entire tour of the lake by following a 12 km path and can follow the 1.5 km botanical trail in the forest on the heights of the lake, directly accessible from the estate. Various services may be helpful: • A stone's throw from the estate is the Chrysalide wellness center, which offers a multitude of relaxation treatments, thalassotherapy but also more specialized services such as light therapy... • Children will be delighted by donkey-related activities at Câlins Ca-ânes, located across the street from the estate, as well as its open-air café. We'll provide you with a list of activities that can be done in the area. Guest access To the entire accommodation.
