Mid-Term Stay, Fun House Lodge

Welcome to my Fun House Lodge! This is a 30-day minimum listing. Long-term stays are welcome (e.g. a year). Central Kansas City location, right off I-435 in a quiet neighborhood. Only 5 minutes from Worlds of Fun! (Hints ‘Fun House Lodge’). 13 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium. 23 minutes from downtown Kansas City (Country Club Plaza). 18 minutes from historic downtown Parkville, MO. 15 minutes from Liberty, MO. 16 minutes from Gladstone, MO. 22 minutes from Kansas City International Airport. The space You will be welcomed by a warm & inviting, tastefully decorated living room sprinkled with vintage photos of Worlds of Fun! The kitchen includes all basic utensils and cookware for your cooking needs & desires. There is a full bathroom to include a bathtub for your enjoyment or for the kids' bath time. There is a washer & dryer in the kitchen for you to use. The house CAN accommodate 6 guests, but NO MORE THAN 6. Please note that would be 2 people in each queen bed (there are 2 queen beds), & then either 2 people in the double bed or 1 person in the double bed & 1 person on the couch in the living room (it is NOT a pullout couch or futon, just a regular comfy couch). Guest access Guests have access to the whole house as if it were their home. Other things to note The driveway can fit one and a half cars, so if you have a trailer (boat, camper, U-Haul, etc.) you will fit. ** If I smell any kind of smoke or marijuana, or if anything has gone missing, you WILL be CHARGED & left a BAD REVIEW which can potentially ban you from being able to use AirBnB.
