This unique room has a surrounding view of the Ocean with seating, and a variety of books and games for both adults and children. *Dining Area with long table surrounded by eight comfortable leather chairs. Other dining space is located in the kitchen at TWO bar areas for a total of six seats. *Kitchen Area is spacious with granite countertops and large island. Cabinets are filled with plenty of glassware and plates for your entire group. Drawers are filled with eating utensils and kitchen utensils to help you prepare any meal. Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, French-door refrigerator, counter-top ice maker, Air-Fryer and lots of pots and pans including several large shrimp/crab boil pots. *Coffee bar is set up with combination drip/Keurig coffee maker and creamers and sweeteners. We provide Starbucks Keurig cups and ground coffee for our guests. * Utility closet in main area has new, full-sized LG washer and dryer and shelves loaded with cleaning products. We also provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for our guests. *Storage areas under the stairs contain Bona mop, broom, vacuum, and step ladder. MAIN LEVEL - BEDROOMS *Three master suites with King-sized beds are on the Main Level. All have en suite bathrooms, closets, and Smart TVs. *The largest suite has doors that open up to the deck facing the Ocean and desk and chair for workspace. Full bath with soaking tub and newly tiled shower and plenty of cabinet space. * King Suite #2 has king-sized bed and attached bath with shower and large vanity area. *King Suite #3 has king-sized bed and attached bath with granite shower and large vanity area. This bathroom has a water closet. UPPER LEVEL -- BEDROOMS *Queen Master Suite with en suite bath (with tub/shower), dresser, nightstands and closets. * Bunk Room #1 has one queen-sized bunk bed with trundle bed underneath. *Bunk Room #2 -- two twin bunk beds (total of 4 beds) and large dresser with large closet Two full bathrooms on this level -- both are tub/shower combinations. UNDER THE HOUSE - DOWNSTAIRS * Propane Grill with full fuel tank *Splinter-free picnic table with seating. *Outdoor Shower with Decking -- with hot and cold water * Gated Dog Kennel under the house * Beach volleyball net set up in the huge backyard. *Beach equipment including tents, chairs, beach wagons and more locked in the garage. * Large Driveway holds up to six cars. no parking on the street. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Security cameras are pointed at the street. There are no cameras whatsoever in the home. There is an old camera on the deck that has been disabled. Dogs are welcome. More than one must be approved by the host. $150 pet fee per animal. Owner managed through St. Gemma Properties -- no bots and no big box management! PLEASE NOTE: TRIP INSURANCE is highly recommended during Hurricane season (July 1 - Nov. 1). NATIONWIDE Mutual Insurance trip insurance is available at a cost of 7% x your trip cost. The refund policy for Twist of Lime is Firm INCLUDING natural disasters. If a hurricane hits, and your reservation has to be cancelled, we WILL NOT REFUND unless you purchased trip insurance. Trip insurance can be purchased directly from me -- the policy is issued by NATIONWIDE Mutual Insurance Companies and Affiliated Companies, Columbus Ohio. Cameras in Driveway pointed to street and at entrance for security purposes only. No cameras in the home or pointed into the home. Cameras are there for security and guest safety.
