Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Smoking: No smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts properly. Pets: two dogs allowed under the weight of 50lbs $200 non refundable pet fee Parties/Events: No parties or events allowed. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and possible fines. Parking: Enough room for 2, and a boat Do not block driveways or other vehicles Cleanliness: Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in designated bins. Wash dishes and clean up spills immediately. Damage: Report any damage or issues immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay. Safety: Ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. Appliances: Use appliances responsibly. Do not leave the stove, oven, or other appliances unattended while in use. Internet: Wi-Fi is provided for guest use. Do not engage in illegal activities or download copyrighted material. Check-Out Procedures: Ensure all doors and windows are locked. Return keys to the designated location. Dispose of all trash and leave the property in good condition. DO NOT STRIP BEDS $75 charge back if beds are stripped Respect: Treat the property with respect. Be considerate of neighbors and other guests. **CANCELLATION POLICY One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Deposit HOLD of $500 will be released within 72 AFTER checkout Guest access The house has a digital keypad at the top side door which will provide you access to the home. The code will be provided upon check in. You will have full and private access to the home.
