Majestic View Guest House is a self catering Guest House situated in the peaceful town of Sabie. It offers spectacular views of the mountains, forest and Bridal Veil Waterfall. The house itself offers 3 bedrooms with two full bathrooms both equipped with bath and shower of which one bathroom is on-suite. House also offers an open plan Lounge/Dining room/ Fully Equipped Kitchen and a large outside Entertainment area with braai facilities. Parking available for 2 cars. The space The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, main room having king size bed and other two bedrooms with queen size beds. There is also a smaller single bed for that extra guest or young child in the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and additional blankets for those cooler evenings. There is also ample cupboard space and a table with two chairs for those needing to work privately. The views spectacular and there is a well kept garden. The lounge and dining room and kitchen are open plan and has a television with a limited DSTV package, as well as Netflix. Free WiFi. There are books for those who enjoy reading and a few board games for those relaxing or rainy days. Guest access There is an electric gate to access the property with a garage space for 1 x large vehicle, and a driveway for an additional vehicle / Trailer. Other things to note The Guest House is not serviced until the day of your departure, or for those longer stays bedding and towels will be changed on the 7th day, ONLY on guests request. There is an Indemnity Form and T&C's to be signed & returned prior to arrival. A REFUNDABLE breakage deposit is required and to be paid separately to the Host via EFT that will be refunded within 2-3 days of departure, once inventory is checked, and a small pet fee (On hosts acceptance of pets that are house trained) Vehicle description / Reg # and ETA requested prior to arrival.
