Mulberry View: Superb beachfront property sleeps 8

The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Lovely ensuite to the large master bedroom & a further two bedrooms + family bathroom & a fabulous bedroom upstairs. Check out my guide book for things to do. The space The house sleeps and holds 8 people very comfortably. No one is short changed regarding space. All beautifully decorated and very generous sizes. The master bedroom has a Superking bed and lovely en-suite. The two (non master) ground floor bedrooms are both 16’ x 11’. One with a king size bed, the other with two singles beds. Upstairs there is a glorious bedroom with a further two single beds leading through to a relaxing mezzanine sitting area with a fantastic view. The lounge and Master bedrooms both have smart televisions with access to all the usual apps for your viewing pleasure. Guest access Whole house-garage is locked to guests Other things to note Not ideally suited to disabled guests as there is a flight of external stairs (with handrail) to climb to the front door. However there is a gentle slope up the side of the property giving access to the property which less able guests can use. This side route only has two small steps from the drive to the slope. Maximum two dogs (regardless of size). No other pets permitted without prior permission. Over occupancy is not permitted. 8 is the maximum number of guests. If it brought to our attention that extra guests stay without permission, an additional £125 per person per night will be charged.
