Beautiful 8BR Cottage for Friends and Family, Ooty

This is an offering of a 8BR cottage which can accommodate upto 24 guests at a time, sometimes more on a special request, After 16 guests, a charge of INR 750 per person per day will be applicable. We do not allow all boys group. Only families or mixed groups.. The space NOTE : We have 2 identical floors, one is on ground floor and one is on the first floor, the guests will have the access to the entire property including 8 bedrooms , terrace area and bonfire area. This property is situated at a distance of 2.7 Km from the Ooty Railway Station. Ample seating is provided in the outdoor sitting area for your convenience. The cottage has a majestic facade with a high-vaulted marquee from which tail columns trope down to accommodate two levels, wrought-iron parapet balconies on all sides, and compact French windows. Inside, the living room is furnished with a sofa and a television to keep you entertained. The neutral-themed bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and compact luggage cabinets. The bathrooms are appointed with western sanitary ware.. Guest access Guests will have access to the both the floor and other shared areas of the cottage. Other things to note Guests are requested to provide valid identification at the time of check-in. Please cooperate with the staff and complete all check-in and check-out formalities. A maximum of 24 people can stay at this property at a time. After 16 guests, a charge of INR 750 per person per day will be applicable. This is not a pet-friendly property, please do not bring your pets along. Please do not litter. Keep your surroundings clean and tidy. Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here. Please Switch off the Lights and Fans when not in use and preserve our mother nature. Please note that we are not taking bachelors/stag booking, only families and mixed groups are allowed. Guests will have access to the both floors and to the common areas of the cottage. Bonfire - Rs 1200 chargeable/bucket Rules and Regulations - 1) Loud Music is not allowed after 10PM in the open area, you can enjoy with very light inside the house after closing the doors and windows. 2) Be always respectful to the neighbors. If not followed, it may lead to unnecessary invitation of police / local authorities at the property. Security deposit will be forfeited in such cases of non adherence of these guidelines. 3) Any stains on the bedsheets, Duvet covers, Blankets, Towels will be charged on actuals and will be deducted from the security deposit. 4) Please respect the check-in and check out timings. (Early check in and late check out is subject to availability only and may be chargeable.
