A beach getaway for the whole family at this cosy apartment. Direct access to beach from the complex, spacious open patio with a beautiful view of the sea, a relaxing fire pit adds a special charm to this unit. 2 small pets ( no exotic pets) allowed but please note no grass at unit only outside of unit and to please bring your pet bowls and blankets. There is no aircon in this unit but fans upstairs and in the lounge. There is space for 2 cars only. The space A three bedroom, 6 sleeper is spacious and comfortable for the whole family, plenty space to chill. The main room has an en- suite shower and the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. Please note There are no single beds. 3 Beds in total. Upstairs decks lead off the Master and second bedrooms with lovely views of the ocean. Downstairs: An open plan layout with a spacious kitchen, lounge and dining area with outside patio than can do a braai or a potjie, your choice. A bar for you to stock and enjoy relaxing games. Please note there is no aircon in this unit. This is a pet friendly unit suitable for up to two small, well behaved pets, (no exotic pets). Direct Access to the beach is at bottom of complex with showers to wash away all the sand. On our beach you can enjoy floating in the rock pools, or in the opposite direction a short walk to Salt Rock Main Beach for swimming usually with life guards on duty. A big plus is an excellent coffee at the Local Coffee Café at Salt Rock main beach. Salt Café is a local favorite pizza hangout and is also a short walk away. Guest access The whole unit and decks, with common outdoor showers from the beach. Other things to note Please bring your own beach towels. Smart TV in the bar for that all important game, or the Comrades (logi in with your account details please). There is a big smart TV in the lounge with Netflix or YouTube (login with your account details please). Your Unit will be spotless before you arrive but please note there is no maid service, however one can be arranged for you (to pay privately at R300 per day). Please let us know 1 week before arrival to arrange There is no aircon in the unit only strong fans in bedrooms and lounge area downstairs. Please note: 1. For security reasons a copy of all 6 guests ID/Passport documents to be emailed before admission to property, as well as vehicle registrations, (2 cars max are allowed in the allocated parking for the unit). 2. No loud parties as this is a small complex with neighbours all around you and the body corporate is strict. No matric rage student bookings allowed. 3. Space for two cars only and there is no visitors parking available in the complex. 4. Only 2 small dogs allowed. We respectfully ask that you are mindful of your pets on our furniture and especially on our bedding and linen. We will recharge to you should anything be damaged. Please note there is no garden at the unit but a large patio, just outside the complex is a large stretch of grass and the beach below for your dog to run on. 5. There are only 3 Bedrooms and 3 beds, no single beds in this unit.
