You need to careful also when ride/drive at night, because this road have a small stream in the left/right side . but in the end you will get a gorgeous view. This Public Road is big enough although isn't like main road but it still accessible by bike or car. if you will rent a car, please make sure you rent a small or medium size/type of the car like Agya or Ayla, or Toyota Avanza still suitable.
