There are no dogs that run free --unless they are stray dogs. There are deer sometime during the middle of the night that come to drink water or eat our garden. :-) ***At one time Garden Ave. was a dirt road, got it's name, folks raised Garden Produce. I've seen so many changes. This was a "Small Dairy Farm" when i was little. I grew up working hard, mostly outside. I loved growing up next to our Aunt Wawa, Papa and Grannie. My Papa and Grannie moved to this land, from East Grand Plains (10 miles East of here) to be closer to town. They were farmers, Grannie was a Mid-wife. This property has been in my family close to 100 years. Tom and I love this location, country life, and yet close to town. I don't think we could live in a "Normal" neighborhood. This is our "Heritage" from my Grandparents, Parents, and Aunt Wawa.
