Our apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful Mugello countryside, within a complex that was once an old tobacco factory. It is conveniently close to Florence while being situated in a quieter and more serene area. The famous Mugello Circuit is just 5 minutes away, Florence 40 minutes, and Bologna a little over an hour. There is a communal swimming pool, freely accessible from early June to mid-September. The space The apartment is large and spacious (115 sqm), located on the first floor and equipped with an elevator, which also provides access to the garage (half a flight of stairs to reach the apartment is without elevator access). It is a bright, quiet apartment nestled in the heart of the Mugello hills, yet conveniently close to Borgo San Lorenzo (10 minutes away), a town well-stocked with all necessities, and the city of Florence, just 40 minutes away. The apartment can accommodate 4 people in its 3 beds (one double and two singles) and 2 additional people, if needed, on the provided sofa bed. The property also offers a shared with the condominium swimming pool opern from june to september, and with our apartment, two private sun loungers are included. Your booking includes a reserved parking spot inside the gated area, as well as an additional parking space in the garage (space number '7'). The garage also houses a washing machine and a charging station for electric cars. Shared with the rest of the building, there is a gym with an adjoining shower and Turkish bath, as well as the swimming pool. One downside to note is that, unfortunately, the living room parquet has some scuff marks from shoes that occurred during the repainting of the apartment. Afterward, wax was applied to the floor, leaving the marks visible. They are only slightly noticeable when entering, and the floor is always kept clean. I’d like to remind guests that the apartment is located in a condominium where other people live. Common areas, quiet hours, and parking spaces must be respected. The swimming pool is communal, so it is shared with others. The apartment and terrace, however, are private. As required by the local municipality, upon arrival, I will ask for the guests' IDs and the tourist tax (which is €2 per person per night).
