Thank you for looking at our newly updated and renovated condo located in Myrtle Beach! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 5 min walk to the beach, 9 min walk to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park, 9 min driving from Myrtle Beach Airport. Also, close to many restaurants and shops located in Kings Hwy. The space The condo is 2 blocks from the beach. The unit is clean, comfortable and newly furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath with fully equipped kitchen. Towels and linen are provided. It’s on the second floor of a stilted condo complex. On-site parking, in-suite washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a King size bed, guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, and there is a Queen Size sleeper sofa in the living room. No smoking or pets please. Other things to note Parking on Premises: Warning, there is one assigned parking spot underneath the unit that may not fit very large vehicles. However, there are four additional guest parking spaces that are not underneath the unit. Please use those if they are not taken.
