You'll be centrally located so you can adventure during the day and recharge at night. The space ABOUT THE CASITA A fully renovated one bedroom casita with original character details, a patio to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening sunset, and a few amenities for your stay. Adjacent to a major thoroughfare, the space is perfect for 1-2 adults who want to spend the day exploring some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and walking trails in the city. Come back in the evening to take in the New Mexico sunset, or curl up with a good book in the comfy bed. Other things to note ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD You are mere blocks from Old Town, the Sawmill District, and the North Valley-- museums, galleries, coffee shops, local boutiques, walking/biking trails, a seasonal farmers market, and tasting rooms abound. If you love to walk or bike, head to Tigeux Park or the Country Club area. ABOUT THE CITY Albuquerque is a scenic southwestern city with an unmistakable high desert landscape, four seasons, stunning sunsets, and a skyline punctuated by mountains and mesas. It truly is the land of enchantment. If you feel like seeing more of the state, Santa Fe is an hour away. There's so much to see and do in the land of enchantment. The casita is located off 12th street-- a popular street that connects downtown and the north valley. There is traffic during the morning and late afternoon commute. There's a TV in the kitchen-- sip your morning coffee or catch up on your favorite show before you head out for the day. There is a washer and dryer on the property. That will be available at no charge to guests staying 5 days or longer. One dog is welcome but on a case by case basis, please reach out with any questions. There is on-site parking for one compact car, no large trucks or SUV’s. There is plenty of street parking on the north and south side of the casita. I hope you enjoy your stay.
