Welcome to our air-conditioned 60 m² (646 sq. ft.) apartment, located on the 2nd floor of our family home, built by our great-grandparents in the 1930s. Completely renovated, it now offers all modern comforts while retaining the soul and character of a family home, with some furniture and objects that have been passed down through the generations. You will also enjoy a large, tree-lined garden of 3,000 m², while remaining just a few minutes from downtown Bourges. The space 🌳 The city in the countryside The house has a large garden with trees, where you can enjoy a covered terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue during the summer months. The animals that live on site also contribute to the atmosphere of the house: chickens, doves, a turtle, and four-legged companions. It is also suitable for guests who want to explore Bourges and its surroundings, while enjoying a quiet and green setting. The upper floor is entirely reserved for guests and is their private space. The amount shown by Airbnb includes the fees and commissions charged by the platform. Guest access The housing is located on the 1st floor of our house. Its completely independent access is via a staircase. Other things to note THE PRICE YOU PAY INCLUDES THE FEE CHARGED BY AIRBNB (15.5% + 20% VAT) The cleaning fee included after your departure covers the laundry of sheets, towels and dish towels, and the restoration of the accommodation. The property must be returned in the condition in which it was found.
