With free on-street parking, generous living space across two internal levels, and Stirling’s historic attractions right on your doorstep, this apartment offers a relaxing and convenient base for your stay in Central Scotland. Access & Layout: Access to the building is via a communal entrance from the street. From here, guests climb one flight of internal stairs to reach the apartment door, which is located on the first floor of the building. Once inside the apartment, the space is arranged over two internal levels: First Floor: Living room, open-plan kitchen and dining area, bathroom, and first bedroom Second Floor: Master bedroom and twin bedroom Please note there is an internal staircase within the apartment to reach the second floor. Living Room – Spacious & Inviting: The living room is a bright, comfortable and tastefully furnished space, designed for relaxing together after a day exploring Stirling. With contemporary décor, comfortable seating for all guests and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to unwind. From the entrance, there is one flight of internal stairs to reach the apartment door, which is located on the first floor. Once inside the apartment, there is a further internal staircase leading to the second floor, where two of the bedrooms are located. As the property is arranged over multiple levels and accessed by stairs only, it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
