The apartment is at secondo piano with elevator in safe place with guard man at the same buiding of Via in Arcione 98. The appartment has comfortable large double bedroom (size 180x200), big bathroom, bright and large living room with sofa bed for 1 people more, dining area and a kitchen with a small balcony overlooking the internal condominium garden. Amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, two LCD TV, FAST WI-FI (FIBRA OTTICA 10GB), washing machine, dishwasher. Guest access The condominium space with the internal garden is accessible to all my guests. There is also a special box for disposing of waste so you don't have to keep waste in the house. Other things to note - For check in after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20,00 Eur. After 22:00 until 24:00 extra charge is of 30,00 Eur. After 24:00 extra charge is of 50,00 Eur. - Luggages Storage service inside the same condo (with hourly fee) every day from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Price: 2 euro for each suitcase orbackpack for every hour (from the moment of its deposit) - If you need a transfer from airport I can bbok for you. It will be payed directly to the driver. Driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name and he will call us when you will be on the road. So it could be comfortable for you. If you decide to book it, i need your flight number, landing time and in which airport will you arrive (Fiumicino or Ciampino). - For baby bed or baby chair extra cost is 15 eur each per night.
