Featuring a full kitchen (w/gas stove), TWO living rooms, and a large backyard with outdoor seating (cushions are kept in large patio storage box). Both bathrooms are freshly renovated!! Desk, chair and lighting in lower living room for working away from the office. Close to public transportation, shopping, grocery stores, and 30-minutes to Denver International Airport. The space No parties or events. The property: - Two TVs, one upstairs and one in the basement - Stable Wi-Fi - Kiddo and pet friendly (baby bathtub, pack-n-play, highchair, and baby/toddler toys are supplied at the home - Retractable gates at both entrances to living room, and to Kitchen - 25 minute walk or 10 minute drive to Light Rail station, get to Downtown Denver, DIA, etc. - Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, French Press and coffee grinder - Washer/dryer & air conditioner - BRAND NEW Tankless Water Heater! This is a CHILD friendly home and property. Due to skin/hair varieties and potential allergies we do not have toiletries at the house. There are multiple stores for purchasing your favorite items close by, and noted in the binder at the home. There is NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE allowed in the home, or anywhere on the property. If there is evidence of smoking, drug use, or the smell of smoke or drugs, a $1,000 penalty will be imposed. Parking Semi-circle drive - 2-3 vehicles 53' Gravel drive to left of home - room for 4+ cars, or (with advance notice) an RV Other things to note We (the owners) live two miles away, so if any issues arise we can be there quickly to figure things out. Pets are welcome, there is NO pet fee. We have dog and cat dishes. We ask that you pick up any waste from your pets, and keep them off the furniture if possible. Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. There are THREE video cameras on the property: one above the front door, one on the side of the garage overlooking the backyard, and one over the garage door facing 115th St. Groups of visitors that may signify a party or a neighborhood disturbance are not allowed. — Let us know about any issues as quickly as possible. Refunds on cleaning fees or nightly rates will not be authorized after your check out.
