The property: - Netflix subscription (or you can login to your own accounts) - Two TVs, one upstairs and one in the basement - Stable Wi-Fi - Kiddo and pet friendly (baby bathtub, pack-n-play, highchair, and baby/toddler toys are supplied at the home - Retractable gates at both entrances to living room - 25 minute walk or 10 minute drive to Light Rail station, get to Downtown Denver, DIA, etc. - Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, French Press and coffee grinder - Washer/dryer & air conditioner - BRAND NEW Tankless Water Heater! This is a CHILD friendly home and property. There is NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE allowed in the home, or anywhere on the property. If there is evidence of smoking, drug use, or the smell of smoke or drugs, a $1,000 penalty will be imposed. We'll respond as quickly as possible, but keep in mind we have a child and full time jobs so an immediate response may not be possible. Quiet neighborhood built in the 1960's, three schools nearby, parks and close to shopping and I-25. We (the owners) live two miles away, so if any issues arise we can be there quickly to figure things out. Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per stay. We ask that you pick up any waste from your pets, and keep them off the furniture. Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. There are THREE video cameras on the property: one above the front door, one on the side of the garage overlooking the backyard, and one over the garage door facing 115th St. Groups of visitors that may signify a party or a neighborhood disturbance are not allowed. — Let us know about any issues as quickly as possible.
