This spacious family room + attached master suite with private bathroom has been newly remodeled and stylishly designed for our guests to R&R. This unique private room is detached from the house with your own front door and no common area for complete privacy; however it does share a common wall with the main home. This private room is equipped with a high-end, water softener-purification system for ultra CLEAN bath water - the best perk of your stay in our opinion. The space This private suite is setup to provide a quality hotel-like experience with quality bath towels, shampoo/body wash, plates/cups/silverware, a mini-fridge, along with a Chemex and Keurig (Ice+Hot) coffee maker with a variety of K-cup options. ** The shampoo/body wash is generic. We recommend you bring your own if you're specific about your bathing needs. This stay is set up for 2 guests maximum. Some exceptions can be made, please contact me prior to booking. Only (1) small pet is allowed (even if it is a service animal). $25 pet fee applies (one-time fee), must be added to the guest-list and also must be disclosed when booking. Your pet must NOT be left unattended in the home. No exceptions. Additional guests beyond the 2-person maximum without approval will be charged an additional $75 per person or pet for every night of the violation. Guest access You will have full access to your private family room with attached master suite and private bath. No access to any other part of the home for this stay. During your stay Text is recommend if you don't get an immediate reply on the Airbnb app as sometimes notifications are missed. Other things to note Reservation adjustments You may check out at any time prior to your scheduled departure date, however any requests to alter your dates that would incur a refund will be denied as this takes away the opportunity to book other guests for your dates. Thank you for your understanding. Quiet Hours We try our very best to be mindful of our guests during stays. The shared wall is our family room where the TV and kitchen is located. We are happy to accommodate any desired quiet hours, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you! Temperature There is only central AC in the home and we keep temperature moderate around 72-75 degrees, depending on the time of the year, however your space is equipped with a portable AC unit for your convenience.
