A large family home in Rouède, a quiet village at the foot of the Pyrenees, 1 hour from Toulouse. Exposed beams, wooden floors, a fireplace and generous volumes, plus reversible air conditioning, wifi and a workspace. 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests (ideal for 6). Outside: a large leafy garden, a terrace, a barn and a fire pit facing the mountains. Hiking, canyoning, rafting and canoeing nearby; restaurant and bread machine in the village. Please note: no dishwasher (no room in the kitchen). The space • Living room with a large sofa, 50" TV (Chromecast), books and board games • Small reading room • Kitchen-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace: Falcon 5-burner gas range cooker, oven, microwave, large table. No dishwasher: the kitchen layout doesn't allow one. • Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 single bed • Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed • Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed • Bedroom 4: 1 single bed • 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, + 1 separate toilet • Washing machine, drying rack, baby cot; bed linen and towels provided • Balcony with a view, large garden with trees, furnished terrace, charcoal barbecue, fire pit and barn Guest access The whole house, the garden and the barn are yours; only one cupboard on the top floor is locked.
