In the winter or when the weather in the north is stormy, the cozy stove corner with the Danish fireplace invites you to cozy evenings. The house with its good 55 sqm is located in a completely fenced, well-maintained and, depending on the season, cheerfully blooming garden, which you have all to yourself – whether for sunbathing, grilling or for your dog (total property 645 sqm). The highlight, the garden is completely fenced. Behind the house there is a lockable garden shed where you can store bicycles or golf equipment. Here is another small terrace, ideal for breakfast in the open air. In front of the house you will find the two in-house, paved parking spaces.
