Bring your BOAT and use the assigned boat slip! There is a really nice private launching ramp for the community and designated trailer parking. Farr Shores is located on the southeast side of Lake Hamilton in a large bay off the main channel of the lake, perfect for boating and watersports. 3 miles to Garvan Woodland Gardens 7.2 miles to Hot Springs Country Club (golfing) 8 miles to Lake Catherine State Park (hiking) 9.9 miles to Historic Downtown Hot Springs (dining/shopping) 12.1 miles to Northwoods Trails (biking) 13.9 miles to Magic Springs Waterpark (fun with kiddos!) Guest access The Entire Condo! Other things to note Parking Spaces: There are 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the building that are marked on the curb - 4E & 4D. Additional visitor parking spots are marked "guest" and may be used as available. *Entergy draws down Lake Hamilton the 1st week of November and fills it the 1st week of March. The water level will be a minimum of 3 feet lower during this time.
