Country Casa with City Views

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. We offer all of the best qualities of the country but are only an 8 minute drive to Atenas central. We offer sweeping views of the mountains, valleys and the Rio Grande by day with unparalleled views of the city lights of Alajuela at night. We are located on a mountaintop farm but are only 35-45 minutes from Jaco and other popular beaches, hiking and waterfalls. We are at 2432 feet above sea level so the temperature is perfect. The space the space is on a quiet and secluded farm at the top of the mountain. there are lush gardens full of blooming flowers year round, various fruits in the yard, for the bird watcher it is a paradise with toucans, hummingbirds, parrots & mot mots. On the property we have deer & the occasional Monkees. Guest access The house has a private pool, a large terrace, gas grill and a completely fenced yard with its own electronic gate for privacy. Other things to note We will pick guests from the San Jose airport only when requested in advance according to schedling availability. There are cats that roam around on the finca just so that you know they may come to visit. We are located in the tropics and you may encounter flying insects outside especially at change of seasons. If you are bothered by flying insects please do not leave lights on outside at night as they are naturally drawn to the light.
