Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This house is a 5 minute Drive to James cook Hospital and only a few minutes walk to Stuart’s park. There is a family friendly pub just across the Road that also serves great food. It’s a lovely quiet Area with the local shops just a couple of minutes drive. There’s a sports centre and Gym just 3-4 minutes drive away. There is a bus route runs into Middlesbrough town with the bus stop just a minute walk away. The space We are offering a private first floor Room with your own private Bathroom. There is also access to a communal kitchen and small dining area with everything you need to prepare your own food. There are washing and drying facilities also available Guest access Guest will access the house through the main Door, There is a key safe to the left of the main door with a code witch will be given upon booking.
