We put our hearts in every detail, guaranteeing your stay is peaceful so that you can focus on what matters most. The house is nestled in a quiet community within walking distance of Schumaker pond for fishing and Schumaker Park for trails and playgrounds. There is plenty of parking as this home features a 1 car garage, parking pads and a U-Shaped driveway. In town for a baseball/softball tournament? We’re 13 minutes from the Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex and less than 10 minutes from Winter Place Park. We have plenty of outdoor space for playing catch. In town for a basketball/wrestling tournament? We’re less than 5 minutes from the Wicomico Civic Center. Guest access The entire house is yours! Enjoy three bedrooms, 2.5 updated bathrooms, a spacious family room with large bay window to view a large semi fenced backyard, updated kitchen and appliances, separate dining room with table, and a unique sitting room to read or relax. Washer and dryer included. Relax on our screened in porch with table and chairs overlooking the backyard and nearby water feature. In addition to the 2 queen beds and 2 Full beds, we have a queen sized air mattress available. Please let us know when booking if you’d like to use the air mattress so extra bedding can be provided. Guests will enter/ exit the house via the garage entrance. EXCLUDES attics/sheds. Other things to note The main structure of our home was built in 1910, as such the ceilings in some areas (upstairs bedrooms) are lower than new homes.
