1 bedroom studio with west facing balcony

1 double bed studio with west-facing balcony & jungle view. Up a hill so a quiet road. Self-contained, cleaning included twice a month. Gas cooking ring, basic set of pots & plates etc, fridge and kettle. Wifi is run off a solar and UPS system so always working during power cuts. A few minutes scooter ride to Sairee beach with it's shops, restaurants & bars. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, shops etc and double that to come back as it's up a hill. But is only a few minutes by scooter. The space This is a self contained studio beneath a main house. Not part of a complex or resort or has full time staff available. It is away from the main road and not easy to find and is near the end of the road up a hill but that makes it a quiet place to stay. And you need to be able to ride a scooter up hills if you want to explore. Guest access Guests can use the studio with no access to other parts of the building.
